Version 1.67 - Win 95/98 logon enabled, error: "Error starting program - IMGSERVD.DLL can't load at the desired address and is not relocatable..."
Explanation: Early releases of My-T-Soft Version 1.67 for Win95/98/Me had a corrupt file (IMGSERVD.DLL) - this occurred during the mastering process, and was not caught until brought to our attention by a customer. If you see the error above, you need to download this replacement.
Solution: Replace IMGSERVD.DLL after install with this file: Download IMGSERVD.DLL replacement file.
Steps to install:
1) Make sure My-T-Soft is closed.
2) Download file, note location where you saved to disk.
3) In Windows Explorer, highlight downloaded file - right-click, select Copy
4) Open \WINDOWS\MYTSOFT folder, Select Paste
5) When prompted, overwrite file
Hints: You may download directly into \WINDOWS\MYTSOFT folder
Version 1.50 - The original release had some security issues with the LICENSE.EXE that affected the Logon Utilities. This causes the Logon to revert to a demo, even if properly licensed. - if the version of LICENSE.EXE is less than 1.54, then download LICENSE.EXE Version 1.54 and replace the older file in the installation directory (default \WINNT\MYTSOFT).
